1. Bidding is open to Poste Montane Lodge Owners who are in good standing and all other interested outside parties.
2. Sales contracts to purchase interval(s) at any price above the current bid price will take precedence over an auction contract.
3. Buyers estimated closing costs include Escrow Fee of $100, Transfer Tax of 2.375% of contract sales price, recording fees to Eagle County of $16-$21 and Courier Fee of $40. Contact your Broker for a more accurate estimate based upon sales price.
4. Buyer is determined by the highest bid received. In the case of matching bids, the first bid received shall be awarded the interval.
5. Bids must be submitted in writing (mail, fax or email are acceptable). Bids must state the unit and week number to be bid upon, your name and contact information, and the bid amount.

7.Bidding will commence June 16, 2010 8:00am MDT and will remain open until July 1, 2010 5:00pm
8. All closings shall be performed no later than August 31st, 2010 by a title company to be selected by East West Interval Sales, unless agreed to by buyer and seller.
9. Interval International Bonus Week is assigned to buyer by the management company, will be a lodge room size, and must be used in accordance with Interval International rules.
